"Thank you soooo much for such a great time yesterday. We haven't stopped talking about how much we all enjoyed the experience. It was a really unique and inspiring experience, due, a great deal, to Adrian's knowledge and enthusiasm, and to his friendly, down-to-earth manner. The B and B was brilliant too. Thank you for making us all so welcome. The whole weekend made for a very memorable birthday treat!

"Adrian is an amazing spokesperson for the Mendips and his passion for the English countryside is obvious. He is very knowledgable about the ecology and habitats of the area, and he is a more than considerate guide for groups of mixed age and ability. We undertook a wild food walk, forage and cook-up, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Every member of our group learnt so much in a short space of time, it is a testament to Adrian's skill as a teacher. I know we will remember the day for a long time, and hopefully put some of things we were taught into practice in the future.
