10 May 2008 ~ Adrian will be judging the 'Tree Identification' competition at the Somerset Young Farmers Club County Rally at Eastbury Farm, Carhampton, near Minehead.

Feb 2008 ~ Mendip Outdoor Pursuits ~ Adrian has just trained the MOP team in basic bushcraft skills so they will be offering bushcraft events to their clients. David Eddins, Director said "Everyone is still buzzing from the course, Thank you again for all your hard work it really was a fantastic course."

January 2008 ~ Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) Service and Sustainable Development Fund (SDF) has commissioned Adrian to carry out a project on wild walks.

Programme of Natural History & Wild Food Walks ~ Dates are now available for regular walks, open to individuals, couples, families, friends. Each month, we will be looking at the changing landscape, the affects of the seasons, weather and farming and conservation activities with a focus on new and emerging plants and wild foods. Big Green Gathering 1-5 August ~ Adrian has been invited to participate in the 'Food & Farming' Section, run by festival site owner Andrew Wear. He will be leading a limited number of walks around the site, free of charge. Please see the FACE (Farming And Countryside Education) stand for details and to pick up your free 'Wild Food Mini-Guide', written by Adrian.

Blagdon History Society ~ Adrian has written a chapter on the history and development of Mendip Field Boundaries for the 3rd/4th volume of 'A History of Blagdon'. His chapter makes particular reference to the 18th century Inclosure Act Hedgerows in the parish.

1-2 September 2007 ~ The Gorgeous Walking Festival ~ Adrian will be leading a walk from the top of Burrington Combe, please ring for details nearer the time.

April 2007 ~ Adrian can now offer residential walking with B&B at Ashcroft House, Blagdon, near the top of Burrington Combe on the Mendips, where he lives with his partner Renee. See www.cottagebandb.co.uk
